Our Foundation
A registered trust with a clear mandate
Sujana Foundation was registered in 2007 as Sujana Charitable Trust (Reg. No. 238/2007), with a mandate to work in education, healthcare and entrepreneurial development across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Since then, the Foundation has run medical camps, built school infrastructure, trained women in tailoring and skills, and supported disaster relief — always through named partnerships with hospitals, government departments, colleges and community organisations.
The Foundation is registered under Section 12AB and Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, and holds an NGO Darpan ID. Today, its work spans mobile healthcare units, rural NCD clinics, school upgrades, green campuses and livelihood centres — each designed to be handed over to the community it serves.

Partnership Over Charity
Every programme runs with a named partner — a hospital, a school, a government office or a trust — because durable change is built jointly, not delivered from outside.
Handover by Design
Livelihood units like Nandigama are built to be run independently by the community within three years, with the Foundation stepping back to an advisory role.
Measured, Not Assumed
Every camp, clinic visit and training cohort is logged and reported, so donors and partners see verified numbers, not estimates.
